Accessibility statement
WeMile K12 helps families and school communities coordinate trusted carpools through the WeMile K12 mobile app and website (wemilek12.com). We are committed to making our app and website accessible to people with disabilities.
Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable, including keyboard navigation, screen reader support, labeled forms, and sufficient color contrast on the WeMile K12 app, website, and school enrollment pages.
Measures we take
- Skip link to main content
- Visible keyboard focus on links, buttons, and form fields
- Structured headings on key pages (FAQs, Terms, Privacy)
- FAQ sections usable with keyboard and screen readers
- Ongoing accessibility improvements on the app and website
Known limitations
Some third-party content (embedded videos, social widgets) may not fully meet WCAG. Large tables on school admin sites may require horizontal scrolling on small screens. We continue to improve these areas.
