These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeMile K12 mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Eaglet Pip LLC ("WeMile K12," "we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

WeMile K12 does not provide transportation services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a WeMile K12 account.
By using WeMile K12, you represent that:

4. No Transportation Services
WeMile K12 is a technology platform that helps users discover, coordinate, and manage carpools.
WeMile K12 is not:
- A transportation provider
- A ride-sharing company
- A taxi service
- A school transportation provider
- A common carrier
WeMile K12 does not:
- Employ drivers
- Own or operate vehicles
- Arrange transportation
- Supervise transportation activities

All transportation arrangements occur directly between participating users.
5. Parent Responsibility and Independent Decision-Making
Participation in any carpool is entirely voluntary.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for:
- Selecting carpool partners
- Evaluating trustworthiness
- Verifying identities
- Determining suitability of participants
- Supervising children
- Establishing transportation arrangements
WeMile K12 provides tools for communication and coordination but does not determine who should participate in a carpool.
6. School Verification Codes
Participating schools may choose to distribute a school verification code to help limit access to their school community.
School verification codes are intended to improve participation within a school community but do not guarantee:
- Identity
- Parent status
- School affiliation
- Trustworthiness
- Safety
- Suitability
Parents remain responsible for conducting their own vetting process before participating in any carpool.
7. No Background Checks

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, users are responsible for performing any verification they deem necessary.

WeMile K12 is designed to help users connect while protecting privacy. WeMile K12 does not automatically share users' phone numbers, home addresses, or other private information with other members. Users control what information they choose to share with others and should exercise caution and good judgment when sharing personal information.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Schedules, Reminders, and Drive Records
Members configure shared carpool schedules (for example, which days and time windows they plan to drive). WeMile K12 may send push notifications such as reminders before a scheduled window and notices when a drive is assumed completed based on that schedule. Members may review and correct recent assumed drive records in the app.
WeMile K12 does not use continuous location tracking, geofencing, or motion sensors in the current mobile app to detect whether a trip actually occurred, and it does not provide live arrival or departure alerts based on your device location.
Reminders, assumed drive records, corrections, and related features are convenience tools only and may occasionally be delayed, inaccurate, interrupted, or unavailable. Users should not rely on WeMile K12 notifications for safety-critical decisions.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to:

- Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
- Share unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Use WeMile K12 for illegal purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. School, Employer, and Organization Participation
Schools, PTAs, PTOs, employers, commute coordinators, and other organizations may choose to promote or distribute information about WeMile K12. Such participation does not create any partnership, agency relationship, transportation responsibility, supervision obligation, or endorsement of any specific user or carpool arrangement.
Schools, employers, and organizations do not organize, supervise, monitor, or guarantee carpool activities unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Users acknowledge that all carpool arrangements are voluntary agreements between participating individuals and families.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, schools, employers, PTAs, PTOs, commute coordinators, and other participating organizations shall not be liable for claims, injuries, damages, losses, disputes, or incidents arising from carpool activities facilitated through or coordinated using WeMile K12.
